Project Description: This luxury wellness retreat, nested on the picturesque Bowen Island, BC, is a premier development project designed to harmonize with its studding natural west coast environment. This development project unfolds in two phases: (1) feasibility & concept design and (2) preconstruction & construction. 

The resort will feature a designed main house accompanied by three accessory dwellings, offering an exceptional retreat experience on Bowen Island.

Scope of Services: Project site analysis, development of a function program, general material selection, contextual studies, master plan layout, space analysis, and renderings in collaboration with EFG Architects.
