Project Description: One of the mandates of this development was to revitalize, revegetate, and maintain the adjacent West Quibble Creek, allowing for greater demonstration and sustainability of one of Surrey's waterways.

Scope of Services: Space planning, flooring plan, MEP layout, RCP, Lighting selection, appliance selection, tender analysis (budget compliance), value engineering, drawing review, QA/QC.
